You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & distribution centers located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

We're happy to offer free worldwide standard shipping! If you need a specific product rushed please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Every day, we deliver to customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The current time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes approximately 2–4 days.
     
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are usually take between 10 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer due to COVID. However, depending on your location and customs it may take longer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you have any questions please contact us at hello@lolalights.com

Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our filfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship hte package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. You can then track your order by clicking "Track Order" in the header.

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!
